👉 Vlad's Tower is the dark, heavily guarded lair of Vlad the Impaler, housing the Candelabrum of Invocation.
Location: Branches upwards from Gehennom, between levels 9 and 14 of Gehennom. The tower is 3 levels deep.
The tower itself consists of three levels.
Characteristics
- Layout: A relatively small, multi-level tower completely surrounded by impenetrable solid rock.
- Inhabitants: Packed with vampires, vampire bats, and other undead.
- Restrictions: Unlike the rest of Gehennom, Vlad's Tower allows teleportation, which is crucial for quick navigation or escape.
Vlad the Impaler
At the top level of the tower sits Vlad the Impaler upon his throne. Despite his fearsome reputation, Vlad is notoriously fragile and vulnerable to standard anti-undead tactics (like silver weapons).
Upon defeat, Vlad drops the Candelabrum of Invocation, the second of the three items required to enter Moloch's Sanctum.
